Youth Group Service Scavenger Hunt- this Saturday

Our next Youth Group event will be a Service Scavenger Hunt.  It will be held on February 16th at Summitview Church from 1pm-5pm.  This event will require parents to help out with a few things.  First and foremost, we need drivers for our teams.  We also need snacks, drinks, and a few more items on our list to make this event work.  Please contact Kathy Teele at 303-503-2477 if you would like to help out.

Nursery/Toddler Pick-up

This is a reminder to parents of children in the nursery and toddler Sunday school rooms: Only parents and siblings 18 and older are allowed to pick up their toddler and nursery children at the end of, or anytime throughout, the service.  We know this can sometimes be inconvenient, but we want to assure the safety of all the children in our church, as well as the protection of our teachers.

We love your kiddos and are so thankful for our dedicated teachers! If you have any questions, please contact Jack or Kelli Wuest or Joey or Robin Taylor.

Lost and Found- last day

We have two tables with Lost and Found items by the front windows. Please look through to make sure you haven’t lost anything.  We will be taking all left items to Arc this week.

5x5x5 Reading Plan

Need a reading plan for the new year? The Discipleship Journal has created a simple reading plan that is called the 5x5x5 plan.  5 minutes a day, 5 days a week, 5 ways to dig deeper.  We thought it would be fun and helpful to try to do this plan together, for the sake of mutual encouragement and consistency in God’s word.

Each day Paul will post a video on the blog of him going through the text for 5 minutes. Again, this is meant to be a help to you given how full our days can be.  The hope is to build a desire to spend more time in God’s word each day, and to build the habit of faithful Bible reading.

The video can be found on the blog, on the app or website, in the Media section, or even through our podcast.  Also, there or in our weekly email you can find a PDF of the plan to download.
