Father Daughter Dance- February 8th

The Father Daughter Dance will be held February 8th from 6 to 8 pm.  This will be a fun time for all who come.  Please invite friends and use this as an opportunity to outreach to those around you who may not normally come to church.  There will be some snack type foods, cake truffles, cookies and punch as well as good music. A suggested donation of $5 per father to help offset the costs of dance would be appreciated.  If you have questions, please contact Dusty Kraft (970)405-0331 or Star Kraft (970)405-0332.

Marriage Summit- March 6th-8th

When was the last time you and your spouse had some focused time away for more than one night? This Spring we have a fantastic opportunity to invest in our marriages in a significant and life-changing way. 

When: Friday, March 6th at 7:30pm to Sunday, March 8th, 2:30pm. (Check in between 6 & 7pm, Friday.)

Summitview will join several other Front Range churches for a marriages and families focused on an eternal, kingdom-centered, God-glorifying vision.  Life pulls us in a thousand different directions and sometimes it feels like we’re slaves to circumstances beyond our control.  This conference is intended to renew us in God-centered priorities for our families and free us up to enjoy the marriages and lives God has given us.  We all desperately need that kind of renewal, so please join us!

Details: $299 per couple includes 2 nights lodging and four meals: breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday. 

Dinner on Saturday night is on your own with the idea of making it a date night. Our meeting space at the YMCA is still TBD.  And our accommodations should be private rooms containing 2 double beds.

Food Restrictions: For those with dietary restrictions: Meals are all-you-can-eat cafeteria-style meals. There are Gluten-free options at every meal, however, it is NOT A GLUTEN-FREE KITCHEN. There are also dairy-free options, nut-free options, soy-free options, and egg-free options. Everything is labeled as you go through the line. If someone is allergic to several of these foods, he/she may go to the Dining Room Supervisor and ask for an Allergen Plate. This will be a meal that has none of the above allergens on it. If a person feels he/she should bring their own food, the kitchen staff can store it for them in their coolers. The food items must be stored in properly sealed containers that are labeled well. A dining room attendant can get the requested meal out of the coolers at each mealtime and microwave if needed.

Women’s Tea- April 11th

Ladies, mark your calendars!  We will be having a Women’s Tea on April 11th. This will replace our regular monthly Women’s Night and will be during the day sometime.  Also, all daughter’s are welcome to join as well! More info coming soon.

Secret Church 2020

SECRET CHURCH 20
GOD, GOVERNMENT, AND THE GOSPEL

WHY WE GATHER:
Secret Church is a unique, one-night event.  Encouraged by our persecuted brothers and sisters’ example, we meet for over 6 hours for intense study of God’s Word and passionate prayer for the persecuted. 

  • Study: We spend time diving deep into the Word of God to hear what He is speaking to us to grow our dependence and hunger for Scripture.
  • Prayer: We devote time in prayer for our brothers and sisters across the globe who are facing persecution and for those who still have not heard the gospel. 
  • Action: We respond to what we’ve heard by giving for the sake of the persecuted and the unreached around the world.
