Blessing Bags- Please Consider Donating & Assemble- July 17th
Joelle Pringle (who is part of the college group) is starting an outreach project called Blessing Bags. The primary goal for Blessing Bags are to assist homeless men and women you see on the streets. The plan is to have the bags be filled with toiletries (Toothbrush, toothpaste, etc), non-perishable food, and a Bible. Receiving a bible can be extremely daunting, especially for those who have never touched one. Hence why on the day we assemble the Blessing Bags with donated items, we would ask you all to highlight a verse or two that have impacted your life, or write a short encouraging message. My hope is to have the blessing bags as icebreakers which might allow you to pray for them or just have a small conversation.

***You can sign up for the items you choose to donate using the link below.

Three weeks to donate: Today through July 11th (Bring the item to the church)
Highlight bibles: We will be providing the Gospel of John books for you to highlight your favorite verses THIS Sunday, July 11th. Highlighters will be provided as well. You can also highlight verses the day the bags are assembled, on the 17th.
Assemble Bags: Saturday July 17th at 9am
Give bags to members: Sunday July 18th
Please feel free to contact Joelle with any questions (970)702-4790jxpringle32@gmail.com.
